I. Introduction

1.1. The websites www.save-bee.com, save-bee.ru, www.save-bee.org, http://www.save-bee.com, https://save-bee.ru, http://www.save-bee.org (hereinafter referred to as the International Bees’ Protection Day Website) were launched to attract global publicity to the issue of worldwide decimation of bees and to unite forces of the concerned to find ways to solve that global issue.

1.2. The International Bees’ Protection Day Website’s objective is to increase environmental awareness.

1.3. The International Bees’ Protection Day Website strives to help its visitors find new friends and like-minded people, share knowledge and experiences, and express views on the issue of bees’ decimation.

1.4. The International Bees’ Protection Day Website features related articles on the world of bees, the global problem of bees’ decimation and ways to solve the problem, as well as news, quotes, other publications about bees, expedition reviews and photos. All registered users of the International Bees’ Protection Day Website are invited to upload their posts.

1.5. By uploading a text and/or photos on the International Bees’ Protection Day Website, you shall thereby confirm your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set below. If you do not accept them, you are kindly asked to refrain from visiting or using the International Bees’ Protection Day Website. We shall reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any point in time. However, we shall make every effort to inform you of any amendments. II.  Copyrights

2.1. If an act of plagiarism is suspected, any such user profile and related IP-address shall be instantly blocked till further clarification. All publishing rights of texts and photos shall be reserved by their authors. Users mark their texts and photos with their names. Any reproduction in any mass media, including the Internet, shall be prohibited without the author’s written consent. The website Administration shall make every possible effort to refrain from being involved in the relationship of authors and third parties and shall not communicate on the aforementioned subject. The Administration shall not be held responsible for authors’ information published in their texts and photos and shall avoid any communication on the subject. The Administration’s opinion might not always correspond with authors’ viewpoint. Any editing of a text uploaded onto the International Bees’ Protection Day Website shall only be made possible if the author’s email address is entered.

2.2. You shall not - without the written consent of the Administration of the International Bees’ Protection Day Website - have the right to copy, reproduce, recompile, divide, amend, distribute, publish, expose, present, modify, recreate, transfer or make any other use of any part of the International Bees’ Protection Day Website and the featured information thereon unless:
•    Only one copy of information is made, and further copies shall not be made;
•    The downloaded information and/or its copy is intended for strictly personal, non-profitable purposes;

With the written consent of the Administration of the International Bees’ Protection Day Website, you shall also have the right to make any part of the International Bees’ Protection Day Website an accessible part of another website via a hyperlink or any other means; to use information on the International Bees’ Protection Day Website to create a database and to store this information or any part of it in databases that you or any third party shall have access to.


III. Terms and conditions on uploading texts and photos

3.1. Any signs of nationalism or calls to violence shall be strictly prohibited.

3.2. Any use of offensive language shall be prohibited.

3.3. Any insult to website visitors and administrators shall be prohibited. An insult shall mean a doubt in professional qualifications, a joke about a nickname or a name, a spelling mistake, a transliteration, transcript or translation of a nickname or a name. If you do not like a particular text or photo, such text or photo should be ignored.

3.4. Any public discussion of the policy of the Administration of the International Bees’ Protection Day Website and of the Administration’s actions shall be prohibited. If the Administration’s actions or lack thereof disturb you, you should contact the administrator by email or website moderators by email and resolve the issue privately.

3.5. The responsibility for published data shall be on authors of photos and/or texts, articles, other publications (hereinafter referred to as ‘texts’) and message content shall be borne by their authors. The quoter shall be responsible for the published quotes.

3.6. Publication of any porn photos shall be prohibited (see the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Any publication of erotic photos or photos, including children’s erotica, shall be prohibited. In case of any such offence, the user profile and IP-address of any such author shall be blocked instantly and such photos shall be deleted. In case of doubt in classifying a photo, it shall be deleted.

3.7. Any publication of snapshots or texts with scenes of violence shall be prohibited. In case of offence, such user profile shall be deleted and her/his IP address shall be blocked.

3.8. Any uploading of photos or texts of abusive nature shall be prohibited. In case of offence, such photo or text shall be deleted. Should such offence be repeated, such user profile shall be deleted and the related IP-address shall be blocked.

3.9. Photos and texts shall not contain any intended advertisement of any goods or companies. Advertising shall mean any such reference of a company with the publication of any corporate contact details, including website or email address. In case of offence, such user profile shall be deleted and her/his IP-address shall be blocked without warning. Reference to the names of hotels shall not be considered advertising if a photo of a corresponding hotel is being discussed. Accidental photo features of billboards and notice boards, public transport advertising and the like shall not be considered advertising. The Administration expresses sincere hope that the term ‘accidental’ shall be construed correspondingly.

3.10. Any advertisements of a website on photos and in texts shall be prohibited; so shall be posting phone numbers or other contact details and any other advertising. The infringement of this clause shall result in such user profile being deleted and her/his IP-address being blocked without warning.

3.11.  If you have found a text and/or a photo that infringes the Terms and Conditions, you should contact the website administrator. Efforts to post such messages shall result in immediate denial of access to the International Bees’ Protection Day Website.  IP-addresses of all messages are stored to facilitate such actions. You hereby accept that the Administration of the International Bees’ Protection Day Website shall have the right to delete or edit your message at any point.

3.12. The Administration shall bear no obligation to correspond or comment on its actions or lack thereof on moderating the International Bees’ Protection Day Website.

3.13. Photos and texts that do not correspond to Article I of the Terms and Conditions or those that do not match the literary style, contain spelling, stylistic, punctuation, morphological or such other mistakes, as well as those that are of no interest to visitors or the Administration of the International Bees’ Protection Day Website shall be deleted at the discretion of the Administration.

3.14. Texts and photos uploaded on the website shall not violate the laws of your country, of the country that provides hosting for the International Bees’ Protection Day Website, or the international law.
